Which Leather Cleaner and Condition to Use?

I think Geist is usually the next one up. I've still got an unused kit so I can't comment on the over/under 3yrs kits.
I don't recall much hype around it but Geist Repel might fit your case. I dropped this into a brand new vehicle about two years ago. Limited mileage but it still looked good the last time I saw it. Just clean and apply.
I'll throw a vote in for Gyeon Mild Leather cleaner if you just want a cleaner not from Geist.

That seems pretty weird, and as the OP noted, most is out of stock at the distributors--seems a rebranding must be afoot?

KCx seems to have staffed up the Sales Prevention Department. @Uncbrs is not wrong - KCx is having a 40% off sale on the few remaining products that they have....
A rebranding could be the reason. But if so, they're off to a rocky start... or end.

- Cleaners: Aniline stain remover, GLD solvent
- Conditioners: Old leather softener, textile sealant, protector for artificial leather and a couple Top Coats (or post-repair/coloring)

I quite like polstar as a mild leather cleaner. Ive also had good luck with Gyeon mild, and gtechniqs foaming cleaner. I think polstar diluted properly would be the most gentle.
Leather star works well as a conditioner. My absolute favorite conditioner is blackfire. Brough back some really stiff seats once upon a time.
Gyeon leather shield and Gtechniq Leather coating are also supposedly good options to prevent jean transfer.

I'm not sure I'm understanding your post, but KCx bought ColourLock a few years ago; I was just postulating that maybe they are going to drop the ColourLock brand and sell the products under the KCx brand.

According to "official statements" from Koch, the opposite is happening - they're keeping the ColourLock brand and rebranding the (some? all?) Koch products into the ColourLock brand/portfolio. Apparently they just completely **** the bed on the relabeling, repackaging, logistics side.

Oh...well, seems to me the rollout parallels some other recent US-market faux pas by KCx, although I can't remember what it was.
That does make sense to fold any KCx leather products into the ColourLock brand.

Agreed. My day job is as a brand strategist. Killing off the most favored brand in the segment seemed like a bad move... okay yeah, doesn't take a brand strategist for that one ;-)
Meanwhile, I'm forbidding anyone from wearing anything but old, faded, cognac-colored pants in my car. I guess I can't wait on KCx to finish peeling and sticking all those labels.
I'm leaning toward the Gyeon Q2 Leather Shield/Coating. I've not used a ceramic leather coating/conditioner before. Anything different or special here? Again, this is for like-new, Cognac Merino leather.

I used it on my MDX it worked well from what I can tell. But I never REALLY know how a leather coating works, kind of hard to AB. Kind of hard to test like the paint protection. It did make it kind of slippery for the first day or so. No ill effects. I tend to think this would be the most robust protection you could get.
With that said read the constraints carefully, there are certain leathers it wont work with, mostly unsealed leathers I think. If your leather is sealed, should be fine.
It was easy to apply and I have no complaints with it.

That's good point - it's hard to tell if it works... just if it doesn't. I mean, I guess I could throw on a pair of unwashed, raw jeans, run through the sprinkler, hop in the car, and wiggle around. And yeah, if I do that, I'll have the camera rolling.

Holy crap. I found another!
Market research over here... it has been my only career of choice thus far. Detailing is an interesting industry when looking at it from research & strategy perspective. I'm pretty sure most new companies in detailing quickly start a Facebook group, release a few products and hope for the hype train to stop by.

Nothing to clarify (I think). When I first read this post I honestly didn't know about the CL / KCx acquisition. Then I thought it was odd that suddenly a CL sale popped up but OP mentioned there's been a lot of hiccups. I was mostly hopeful the sale had what OP wanted.
Agree - definitely seems like they have a plan. Maybe they figured out ColourLock has more brand equity than KCx? Seems weird to move a full lineup to CL.

Using tonight, while were ceramic coating the car as well. I'll take before and after pictures. I'm also going to video for my Chanel.
As far as reviews I tend to ask AI and it hasn't been wrong yet! If you can believe that. It also states the Gyeon as a 1st choice.
