I'm nearly out of my current swirl and haze remover / polish combo and was interested in either the M105/205 combo or the Optimum spray compound/polish combo.
They will be used with a PC 7424XP and hex logic pads on a 1993 corvette (torch red) that has been repainted and a 2003 corvette ( Medium spiral grey metallic) that has quite a bit of obvious orange peel. The goal is swirl /scratch removal and paint leveling for clarity and maximum shine potential.
I feel like the M105 /205 is a tried and true combo but am also interested in the Optimum products as I like the ONR and OCW as well as the spray polish.

Advice and opinions sought.

Thanks

If you want almost guaranteed results, go with the M105/205 combo.

If you want to take a risk, go with the Optimum spray compound/polish.

Not that I believe that the Optimum is inferior to the M105/205, I just believe it takes some getting used to going from a thicker liquid polish to a light spray polish.

i would try try the optimum hyper spray polish due to the versatility and no dusting

Well my previous product line ,Adams Swirl and Haze remover, Fine machine polish and machine Superwax, is a thicker product and it worked but maybe not as well as some other line, and I know that people have had great success with M105/205 combo.
Anyone else have any relative experience with Optimum product line especially on Corvette paint?

A member here named "KC's" uses the Opt sprays and gets great results and posts some pretty great in depth........posts.

Can't remember a specific title to any, but if you do search on his name I am sure the will pop up. Maybe check those out?
