which sealant on my finger? hilarious...

my primary job is a waiter. Today during work i got a small cut in my finger and it is pain as hell. i wash my hand a lot so when ever the bandage touches water, it just absorb it right away and i am like... fcuk...

so to implement what i have learn from AG, most sealant or coating repels water. I am thinking which one i should use to avoid as much water to be absorbed by the bandage.

I have these in mind:
Collinite 845
Merzerna Power Lock
Backfire Crystal Seal 4oz

I am thinking i would go with Backfire because it does not need 30 minutes to haze and it is in a small size already.
but durabilitywise powerlock seems much better i do not need to apply that frequently during the shift.

what do you guys think?

wow this is stupid and a waste of time...why would you put a sealant on a bandaid? get a water-proof sealed bandaid

Use a liquid bandage. You paint it on like touch up paint. Coat the wound and let it dry. Don't use chemicals like collinite or anything else on an open wound.
 
Use degreaser in your cut so theres not another thread like this lol

Get an ice cube tray, fill one block with ready-mix concrete, place wounded finger in center, allow to set, pull out, paint sealer over concrete block, cross over two waterproof band-aids. Viola, good to go. &-)
 
I know a few mechanics that will put super glue over the affected area and that will seal it up better than anything you can think of.
 
Krazy glue. I use it for every cut I get. By the time the glue falls out. It's healed. I do construction work, it works!

Iirc super glue was being designed as a band aid to begin with
