White car and tar

Well of course the Michigan road crews are at it again they are tarring the cracks in the hwy right in front of my house so no way to avoid, so what is the very best product/way tar remove tar?

Tarminator. my step dads ram had never been properly detailed since 08 when he bought it. They do lots of highway driving along with town driving.. i'm up in canada so each summer we get new pavement. bottom of the door panel was just littered with it.. Sprayed it on sparsley.. let it sit for 20 seconds... Sprayed it off.. boom tar gone
