white car back spots

I have been seeing back spots on my white car. I have not had a white car in some time but have had this one for only a few months. After searching the Internet I thought maybe it was fungus but it wipes off easy with quick detailer. Then it rained today and I saw more black marks and just black dirt. What could this be?
 
where do you live(State)...also are you under trees and vehicle left outside?
 
they wipe right off the information about artillery fungus states they are hard to be removed and need to be scrapped off.
 
well if it rubs off I wouldn't worry about it...Spring is a time for all sorts of chit in the air/water/trees....
