After a week of rain, i can to wash my 2 cars, both are white

As you can see (Look on the right side, left already polished), both cars after washing them had a black layer that would come off in any conventional washing method.

The Honda got waxed about 2 month ago and the Subaru... well .. back in July.

I tried Clay - No luck, I tried some all propose cleaner - No Luck
So i took some D151 with a finishing pad and easily got rid of the "black" layer.

BTW - The hood of the Subaru has a 2 week old layer of Optimum Opti-Seal, and i must say, Opti-Seal Did it's job very well! Kept all the dirt out!.

As this is the first time i'm facing this kind of issue, has any one ever had this happen to him?

Yes its happened to me on mostly single stage paints that are not washed often enough.
Those honey combed bug scrubbers work pretty good for that but then you still have to re wax.

Actually it happens in 2 cars (Honda Civic 06 & Impreza 04) -both have clear coat

I dont know what to tell you then. I havent really seen this on clearcoats unless they are very severely neglected from not washing .But it wouldnt be black in color, more like brown.

Maybe someone else has seen this and can help you.
