What do you guys like to use to get the best depth and shine on a white car ? Like to get white to look like it's almost black in certain light. Was about to order wax when I realized that I just didn't know. Ones considered: Souveran paste, Max Wax, Natty's (not blue). Hope that there might be one out there that is awesome on white.

Max Wax and Meguiars #26 has done well for me on white. The key to white (and any color) is well prepping the surface. XMT's Glaze and Meguiars #7 have helped out alot after polishing well.

Gotta clean it and prep white for outstanding shine.

Oh yeah here is one that I finished of with Liquid Souveran....

Beautiful work Justin! How about #16? Heard it does quite well as well.

Wow. That's the shimmer I'm after. Thank you, Justin. Adding XMT Glaze, and Liquid Souveran to my order. Had The DP Swirl removers and polishes (on sale) on the list after your earlier posts, but now thinking maybe the XMT's.

I typically go with a reflective and glossy sealant. This gives the white reflections and a wet look. My favorite choice on whites is DG #105 with Aquawax.

The XMT's and DP's are very close in cut to me. The XMT's will be better in the sun and the DP's are little cheaper in price. On sale I believe.

I recently tried Liquid Souveran on white over Wolfgang DGPS. I think is did a great job with lots of reflections. It picks up a lot of the surrounding colors. In some pictures I took the car does not even look white. Attached is one picture there are more in my AG Gallary.

I really believe Liquid Souveran is really overlooked due it's pasty brother. It's very easy to use, a little goes a long way, and alot cheaper than comparable products.

My suv is white and I use Poorboys EX-P and Natty's Blue, love it. Deep, wet, reflective looks which is hard on white. Duragloss products look top notch on white as well. Really, any good sealant and wax with good prep will be fine since white isn't as "showy" as other colors. I'm gonna redo and use EX-P and Natty's Blue again but with some Danase Wet Acrylic Glaze after talking to people who used it, gives great wetness and depth to paint.

I done this one for someone, a little fast (done in one day). The best way is polishes with #101 (polishes it in like XMT or AIO) and 12 to 24 hours later put down #105 by hand wait about an hour and take off. 12 to 24 hours later top with AW#951. Keep on with #105 and AW maybe two more times. Maybe big AL can chime in here and tell us he's tricks! He the one I learned from about DG products.

Sparkie has it right.....

First....use the DG 101 to clean the paint..can do by hand or PC...use a polishing pad if by PC...if paint is good use a finishing pad....

Second..after a 24 hour wait or next day....apply the 105 by hand....mist the applicator with AW..just a mist..do not soak it and apply a small amount of 105 on pad...spread it thin....let sit for 45minutes to a hour..buff off....after buffing off...give it another buff down..that kind of buffs the shine more...

Third...Apply the AW the next day....just a spray per panel..do a sweeping motion to spread it out...wipe it in with one MF and buff off with another...use the same damp one to wipe it in just flip it inside out at times..keeping the damp side to the paint...that way you have a clean side but also damp side..helps to spread it out better......do not over spray a panel...again thin is in...THIN...

fourth....do the 105 again when you have time and AW the day after and your set....use AW monthly after that...

Also the DG shampoo keeps the shine like new...the DG products are made to work with each other..they are formulated to bond and enhance to each product..it is a system...

Sparkie has it down...his work is very good...

Thank you guys. Writting it down. Got to wait till later order for DG stuff. What is AW ?

NXT with a coat of #26 on top worked good for me. I just put a coat of Z-2Pro with Z-8 which looks wonderful also (I'm hoping for more duribility).

Here are some photos of my Starfire Pearl (White Pearl) with NXT with #26 and a coat of Z-6 on top. The color is darker because of the evening sun. The car is white, and has also never been polished.

Thanks,

Since your recommendation, I now have a gallon of the AquaWax in my cart that I will be buying before midnight (when the sale goes off).
