White Polish stain on plastic

Hi all
I recently purchased a new vehicle and the dealership decided to go ahead and give it a 'pro pack' because it's a black Buick. When they were using paint sealant they must have not masked off any of the plastic portions of the car and made a very nice white buff streak on the lower plastic guard on the rear bumper. How do i clean this off? Lots of scrubbing? Special product?

Damm Dealers screwin' up cars left and right!
Well start of with some trim dressing to get some oils in there to help work the product out, scrub with a little brush.
Eventually over time the product will exit the pores of the plastic.
Just keep applying trim dressing and in a few weeks it should be back to perfect.
