Why I chose AG

Hello all,

My name is Andrew, and I am here to tell you why I chose autogeek as my go to detail supplier.

- fantastic customer service.
Whether I speak to penny or another customer service rep I am always greeted properly and handled accordingly. They have not let me down once, they warranty all of their products if there is an issue.

- knowledgable customer service.
Not only do they respond in a timely matter, but are always knowledgable about the products you are referencing.

- quality products and good shipping rates (if they aren't free). The products autogeek sells are top professional grade. AG's price points are as competitive as they come. They will also match or beat any competitor price within reason.

The reason I appreciate such a company is because like most of you I am a business man. They satisfy me as a customer 100 percent.

For instance, I have a detail supplier in new jersey that I have ordered from in the past. Everything went smoothly until it came to customer service. A product I purchased from them did not word accordingly when followed by the manufactures instructions. The company gave me the whole run around on why they couldn't send a replacement product and blah blah blah. As a customer I expect a company to stand by the products they sell and they did not. AG all the way!!!

Case in point:

I order some Ultima Tire and Trim Guard after all the positive comments. When it arrives, it has flakes that won't shake out. I send an email asking if that was normal. My reply was a shipping email that another bottle was on the way. I can't wait so I use the one with the flakes. It works fine. I offer to send it back and Nick says not to worry about it.

That's why I buy my stuff from here. That's why I recommend it to friends and they buy their stuff from here.

If you treat customers well, and you're lucky, they tell a friend. Piss one off and they will certainly tell everyone who will lsiten to them. Auto Geek gets it so that's where I spend my money.
 
this forum is another reason I shop auto geek. it is a great place with great people, and 1 more way auto geek sets them self apart from the crowd.

My theory in business is take care of your employees, take care of your customers, and they will take care of your business. I think Max gets this wholeheartedly.

Couldn't agree more with you on your theory.
 
Sadly, this theory has long been lost by most of corporate America. This makes it easy to identify companies that do, and those are places I tend to patronize, such as autogeek.
 
I agree, and most companies prefer quantity over quality service.....it's unfortunate.
 
As companies go..this one is the best! I have said it before and I will always say it..this is a company that is top notch from the top to the bottom. Simply put...Autogeek is #1 to me because they make me #1 to them! All companies should be so lucky as to have that many customers singing their praises.
 
autogeek is one of 3 businesses i've ordered from that has a follow-up on products. I actually had a phone call from autogeek to be sure an order was correct.

their customer service is top notch and thats why i continue to order products from them.

Autogeek has been a blessing in my life. The quality of the products sold, the customer service, the good advice, and the forum to discuss detailing issues and current events. I feel like I'm at home with good friends. Thanks to all.
 
I've only made a couple of orders, but they treat me like I'm their best customer. It's a pleasure to do business with AG, it's like buying something from a friend or family member, you just know you're being treated right. And the forum is like an extended family.

If every business was like AG, the country wouldn't be in the mess it's in today. People would care about the jobs they do, and customers wouldn't be worried about being shafted.
 
I would have to agree with everything said, AG is an all around well put together company. We praise them because they have earned it!!
 
I'm a newbie here, but not new to Autogeek. For the past year I've been purchasing all of my auto detailing products from AG. I want to send a shout out to Nick for his excellent customer service. I ended up missing the Memorial Day Sale. I posted a comment about it on AG's facebook page and that I was really bummed out about it. Well...Nick sends me a pm and told me to call him up and he'll take care of it. So...monday morning I called him and up and as he said...took care of it no problem. I just recently had a birthday and got the pm stating that I had a birthday offer from autogeek.net. So I submitted my request and guess who calls me up...Nick! This guy is awesome. This company is awesome...the products are awesome. They've definitely got a customer for life. And oh yeah...I'm trying to spread the word to my co-workers. I just took a week off from work to machine polish and wax my car. I got my manager hooked and he'll soon be purchasing products for his new BMW. I will be posting pics of my own detail fest soon.
 
Max definitely has a business philosophy that truly works. I have found no one else that comes close when purchasing Detailing products. On a side note, One company that also "stands out" either it be online or over the phone is Crutchfield. I do purchase a majority of my electronic needs from them because they too, have outstanding customer service.

When Max, Meghan, and Mike took hours out of their busy day to show me around and let me play with the new toys, I knew this company was something special.
