Will this buff out

Find someone who does paintless dent repair and do not attempt to fix it yourself.
 
No it will not buff out, it is a dent. Just like the above said you have to find a PDR. if it can be done my guess is it will cost you about 200 bucks. you may just want to live with it unless it annoys you so much
 
Well being a detailer it does annoy me lol but ill just make the car so shinny that no one notices the ding lol
 
Since I've started detailing it seems to me the shinier the car the more things like that stick out. I would think with the location of that ding it should be a pretty easy PDR repair. Should be pretty inexpensive.
 
Paintless dent repair can get behind it and remove it assuming the guy has real experience..
My guy would charge around $100 but when done you would not be able to see or feel where the dent was.
It would be gone...
