Window trim / moulding help

I am newbie to detailing. Just made my first purchase from AG (can't wait to try my new Griot's DA). As part of my first order I purchased a bottle of 303 and a bottle of Meguiars 40 for trim and tonneau treatment.

My personal driver is a 2003 Toyota Tundra stepside. The rubber window trim looks like it has been attacked by mold (oxidation probably). I have noticed this problem with other Toyotas. I need advice on how to attack this problem. Will 303 or 40 take care of the problem?

I would apply 303 to the rubber weather stripping but make sure you wash it and get it really clean first. Use a rubber/vinyl cleaner first if you have one.
