I've never heard of a wipe on clear coat. There are coatings like Opti-coat 2.0 and EXO that bond to the paint and essentially put a layer like an additional layer of clear coat on the car.

It's not a sealer. It's like mop and glow type stuff. A guy did a demo for me on a panel and actually turned out pretty good. PrestoPro, Vivilon and Black Diamond Clear are a few companies that sell wipe on clear.
