Let's just say I thought I had some good metal polish before I used the Wolfgang metal polish.

My test subject was a 1979 chevy corvette. With the original unpolished rims on it. We took the rims off the car to make it easier to polish up. I removed the center caps, so I didnt' have to tape it up.
I started with the Dewalt rotary with the 50/50 Wool Acrylic Polishing Pad, and the Wolfgang Fine Aluminum Polish. It was doing a great job. But I had a hard time getting down in the middle. So I pulled out the UDM and a LC org pad. It helped with the tighter area. I used 2 pads total, since one had ripped:(.
When I was all done with the Wolfgang Fine Aluminum Polish, the rims were so shiny. I was like wow, I could see myself in them.
Then I continued with the Wolfgang Concours Aluminum Polish to really make it bling. And that is exactly what it did. I used a small mothers power ball for this.

Also used a Polish ‘N Wax Applicator

around the valve stem.
And then sealed them with the Wolfgang
Concours Metal Sealant.

During the process
You can see the difference just with the Fine Aluminum Polish on the right

The afters back on the corvette, they look like chrome. center cap went on after pic was taken

When the owner saw them, his jaw dropped . He could not belive they were the same rims.

Thatnk for a review. I knw you were gonna be dissapointed by Wolfgang.

Wow. What a difference. That just looks fantastic. Are the Wolfgang polishes for machine use only? Did the one area you did by hand come out as well?

edit: disregard my questions. just looked up the product after your post and read that it's for machine use.

i just ordered myself the whole kit, and im glad it did. not so much for customer use. but my enclosed trailer has diamond lining on the front and i've used every local metal polish on it and it sucks!!! so it looks like this stuff is great. i also just ordered Boyd Coddington's Wheel Polish.... supposed to be made from avacado juice!?!?

I used the never-Dull wadding polish on my tailpipes - most disappointing. Which of these products should I use next?

Wow Now I just wish I have more metal on my cars to polish.....

wanna do my wheels next, this is one product I am keeping an eye on to bump my current polish off the shelve. (especially since AG does not carry it)
