Hi there,
after about 1 year since I detailed this Peugeot 306 HDI the owner asked my about a new detail before the winter comes.
So I did ;) :buffer:.

Cleaned the engine with APC 1:8 and the Swissvax brush and put a little bit of Meguiars Hyper Dressing 1:3 on it. Just great results.

After cleaning the wheels with Bilberry and EZ brush a gave the car a good snow foam with Elite snow foam, washed with Zaino shampoo, clayed and dried with guzzler. Sometimes a hard work to clay such a car with all the drops from trees and so on.

For the paint I opted for Rotex 125, orange LC pad and the Megs #80. After a second polish the paint glowed right like I wanted. Next step was to take the Makuta 9227CB, a little 80mm orange Pad (Elite) and polish the smaller areas at the frontside of the car, with the #80 too. After that step I took a new 80mm Elite Pad, the Megs #17 and #10 and polished the plastic lights.
After I put a thin layer of Prima Amigo (just wonderful) on the paint with Rotex and a finishing pad. Its so easy to work with and it brings a really deep shine on the paint. I love the Amigo for its work.

After that I put a first layer of Wolfgang Deep Gloss sealant 3.0 on the paint. Few minutes and a single wipe with a ## microfiber max towel later the paint glows very warm, just like a fresh waxed car with a high quality carnauba wax. Thats what I like so much on the WDGS, its so easy to work with, it glows very warmth and the durability of quite a year is great too.

1 hour later a second layer of WDGS was put on the paint.
Another hour later a final coat of Collinite #845 was put on the paint for this little extra glowing.

Wheels detailed with Poorboys wheen sealant, glasses with Megs Glass Cleaner 1:10, Plastic inside with Meguiars #39 und Megs Natural shine vinyl, outside with Megs #40. Tires were detailed with Surf City garage tire shine.

The owner was very happy with the results and I was happy too ;) :D.

That looks very impressive. The look of a wet cherry. Nice.

Looks great. If you want maximum durability out of the wolfgang i suggest letting it cure the recommended 12 hrs next time.

Very nice detail!! The red really glows as it just pops out at you.
Great combo as well I have to get some of that 845 that is some heavy duty suff!!

:whs:Doesn't the directions say to wait at least 12hrs. before topping? Needs cure time to cross link.

Looks great! WGDGPS does look a lot like a nuba. I always let it cure for at least 12 hours before I top it off with a wax.

Looks great, but I too question not waiting the recommended 12 hours for the sealant to cure? My guess is the second coat of WG wiped off most of the first and the Collinite wiped off some of the second WGDGS coat. But, the final look in the pics is great.

Maybe he polycharged the DGPS? Actually what would that do to the DGPS?

Polycharged WG DGPS should cure alittle faster, but I doubt in one hour and it might be more durable. But I still believe the final coat with Collinite (and its solvents) would remove/dissolve much of the uncured WG...leaving a Collinite-WG Sealant mix. JMO.

I would agree that since it's not crosslinked it's probably not going to last that long at all, and adding the 845 probably removed the majority of it...

I might have to get my hands on some polycharger though and see what it will do with some DGPS sometime.

Looks great, like how the red looks to be glowing
