Hey guys and gals? quick question...or not so quick.

How do you prep for buffing with a 100% wool pad on a rotary buffer? i made the terrible mistake of taking a new pad fresh out of the pack and went to work on the car. to my surprise wool fibers were thrown all over me and the car?

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
 
New wool pad and dewalt rotary=neighbors calling the cops because they think you are skinning live cats.
Like Bob said spur them first, but you will still have some shedding anyway
