Would CG Pro-polish remove light scratches and swirls?

Which pad will give the best result?

If I use green pad for polishing, should I finish off with a finer polish pad or I can go straight for sealant?

Also, if I am using m105 to remove scratches, what should I use to finish off or just seal and wax the area? Does m205 consider as finishing?
