Which is a more abrasive polish? I am going to do a first polish on a 2 month old car which only has minor swirls. I will be following up the polish with 2 coats of wolfgang, and then pinnacle SSII so the all in one abilities of the XMT360 really dont matter. I plan on using a PC with a white LC CCS pad or possibly a grey. I have read many things about the XMT360 correcting some pretty heavily damaged paint so I am a bit skeptical about using it on paint in good condition. Maybe I would be better served using the XMT1 instead? I really don't want to overly correct, just a light light polish.

360 wont over correct or mar the finish. I recommend using the 360. Better yet, test them both out then make a decision.

You'll be Ok with 360. It'll do a great job correcting the swirls you have. XMT1 is more abrasive from my knowledge.

XMT 1 wont do near the correction XMT 360 can do. What makes you think that?

Just from experiences typical AIO's like 360/PS/Menz Sealing Wax don't have as much cut compared to a dedicated polish. I could be wrong, but its just what I've experienced. They are do a very good job correcting though.

ya i like 360 alot...but just do a side by side and then make your choice
