Since there was already a recent thread thanking Danielle, I thought to add to it :) Reference to my problem here, http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/customer-comments/90433-help-what-my-options-order-i-placed.html

I had spoken to a couple of people at AG and while they all understood the problem, it didn't seem like they could do much about it. There came to the rescue, Danielle, who was very helpful to the extent that she pulled back by package from the courier and sent me a new one with expedited option (free of cost) so things could reach timely. Highly appreciate the great customer service at AG and a special thanks to Danielle.
