Zurich Shield

I recently purchased a new BMW, and the dealer applied Zurich Shield prior to delivery. I am having a hard time removing the coating from interior glass surfaces, including the windshield. I have tried nextzett Windscreen Clean and Sprayway Glass Cleaner numerous times with no success. Suggestions?

You'll need a strong paint polish/compound or a glass polish for topical polishing. You DON'T need a glass polish with cerium as you only need to remove the film, not scratches or other imperfections. In other words, a glass polish with cerium is too abrasive for what you're trying to do.
