Look for a new drying towel, what is the one to buy? Also, is it better to buy a few small ones or one big one?

Thanks!

You will get a lot of different answers here.

I use Mothers waffle weave......and really like it. Cobra guzzler is another good one.

I find a couple of larger purple mfs sold here does great. I like a fluffier towel for my drying

Waffle Weaves like the Guzzler work well and hold a lot of water. I find the edgeless towels to hold a lot of water also, and work in just about every area of car care.

I've used several and my favorite is the guzzler

Most frequent recommendations I've seen on this site:

The Rag Company's Dry Me a River
Microfiber Madness' Dry Me Crazy
Autogeek's Cobra Guzzler/Supreme Guzzler/Ultimate Guzzler
Chemical Guys Grey Matter
Chemical Guys Wooly Mammoth
Honorable mention: Mothers Ultra Drying

I own the Guzzler Combo & the Grey Matter. The Grey Matter is slightly thinner than the Guzzlers, so it become saturated a little quicker but I find them to be stellar!

It depends. I like Adam's Great White (The Rag Co's Dry me a River), but something with a high GSM like Adam's double soft works great for blotting a car dry.

I don't understand how you guys control those HUGE towels on vertical panels? 16 x 16 Dry Me Crazy ###!!
