Contrary to popular belief on soft paint...

Try a bit firmer pad, like the Rupes yellow, uro-tec yellow, B&S white, or the uro-cell orange. Super soft pads like the Rupes white or LC black can sometimes micro-marr soft paint. I have consistently better results using a bit firmer pads on soft paint. Give it a try!
