Carpro Flash Pads?

Just purchased these pads and curious what compounds and polishes everyone likes with these.From what I've read Menzerna 400 Scholl S3 and Car pro Fixer seem to be popular choices.

They were great with any compound! On a side note, I don't like Fixer with any pad. ;) What polisher will you be using with the flash pads?
 
Ok,I have read mixed feelings about Fixer but figured I'd try it.I'm a big menzerna guy myself.Ill be using either flex rotary or my mark 2 15.Which polisher do you use? Thanks
