What’s going on with my tint here?

Cleaning my windows today and noticed these scuffs on both front windows.

Sorry for the poor photo, couldn’t get it to focus on the window.

I’m wondering if the tint here is ruined and if there’s something I could do to avoid it getting worse. Glass cleaner didn’t help it at all and it’s definitely on the inside surface of the window.
 
The picture is pretty blurry so it's hard to say for sure, but typically scratches on the film in straight lines like that are put in from having some type of debris in the track or in your case, the portion of the track where the glass slides into.

Or it could just be the the track fits very tightly on the glass.
