ya i remember doing that one specifically. I don't know why but I rounded up by the third digit. 2.909 to 2.10. seemed closer to that that 2.9. even though i was going to by the second digit on them. I may change it.
 
Hello! newbie here... Is it recommended to predilute a gallon of some products like an APC and wheel cleaner, to have on hand and just fill my 32 oz bottle? Does it affect shelf life?

That is exactly what I do. I haven't noticed anything negative, regarding long term shelf life, in my experience. Then again how long??
I have done over a year on a few without any ill effects.
If you are concerned use distilled water to dilute.
