Hey guys, I just used this for the first time. Awesome cleaner but had a real hard time extracting it completely out of interior carpet. I diluted it 20:1 like it said. Is that too strong?

Nope, you did it right. Probably just used a little too much. I had same problem the first time and had to use a lot of water to get it all the way extracted out. Use just a couple squirts and agitate with a brush, the use more if it doesn't do the trick. I was soaking the crap out of the really dirty areas. Next time I'll slow down and use just enough to get the job done.

I don't even dilute the product, mainly cause it's not expensive and can buy one anytime.

I know its not exp but using it straight is a tad harsh on some interior areas?

From my experience no, however i only had to use it twice so far on details. I use a brush to spread the product, then work it in.

Okay. I might be getting senile but I thought I could still read directions. One mean cleaner. Spray it on, steam it, extract it. Now we're cookin' with gas!

I dilute it 7:1 with good results. I just lightly spray it on before extracting and it comes out easy without much effort.
