I am putting together an order tonight, and want to order some glaze. I haven't used any glazes yet as I am fairly new to this. I have been using m105 or Megs Ult. Compound when needed, but mainly using m205 or Megs Ult. Polish and following it up with Megs. Ult. liquid wax. I have been fairly happy with the results with this combo so far but would like to try some new stuff once. Is the blacklight really worth the paying double the price of the ez-cream.

Also which wax would you recommend for following up either of these. I was thinking about trying the Pete's 53. Is there anything else anyone might recommend? I am on a budget and looking for the best bang for the buck right now, that will look good on pretty much any color

This is Blacklight and Pete's 53, and Blacklight goes a long way, that bottle will last some time. When applied with a d/a it goes on super thin and wipes of effortlessly. I love the stuff.

Looking at your avatar, I assume your car is red?

^This is EZ Creme Topped with Pete's 53. Looked stunning.

IMO EZ Creme produces a slicker surface than BL, but BL provides more protection which is why many people consider it to be a sealant more than a glaze.

You can't go wrong with either, but if you are topping it with a wax and don't mind waxing often - EZ creme might be your best bet.

my avatar is actually messed up as that is not the picture I loaded, but I do have a red ws6 trans am. But we also have a black tahoe, and white jetta sportwagon. I am probably going to just order both.

EZ looks stunning on red. I've tried many glazes over the years including BL but EZ gives me the look that I like.

Can anyone comment on durability of the glaze topped with Pete's 53?? I use Pete's by itself and I like the durability for my conditions

Having only used EZ Cream I can't comment on which is best but EZ is my favorite product that I have.
I use it often, no worries of wax build up and gives you a shine that you'll love.

Easy to apply, let it dry well and it removes very easy.
A bottle goes a very long way.
Smells just like grape soda.
Leaves the finish smooth to the touch.
Top it with your favorite wax and stand back and be amazed.

5 Star product.

Yes you can, in fact I recommend it:)
You'll be all shiny and protected.

I actually ended up ordering both. I might end up doing a half and half test on our Black Z71 tahoe to see if there is really much difference.

I suspect you won't see a visual difference, but IME I have been able to "feel" a difference... EZ creme seems to leave a slightly slicker surface.

So would you say you prefer to use the ez-creme over blacklight then zach?

Not necessarily... I "like" them both, but idk if I will buy another bottle of BL when my current stock runs out.

I typically only use EZ Creme if I am going to apply a carnauba wax on top of it, but BL works fine as a stand alone sealant and lasts for several months. I have never used EZ Creme as a stand alone product, so I suppose I cannot comment on if it works or not. CG states that it adds some protection, but I believe they say it needs to be topped with something more durable.

Either of these products work great, I much prefer Glossworkz Glaze though. Have fun!
