Oh come on Thomas, you are trying to perpetuate the myth that if you mention 3D products over here something is going to happen to you? As long as you don't post any links you will be fine.
Do you want to see the PM?:dblthumb2:
I am complying with the rules.
I guess they feel you guys are spamming the forums--you have to admit that was a pretty hare-brained idea to require reviews to be posted on 4 related forums...the criticism of the PBMG giveaways doesn't really hold water because they only want you to post a review on their forum. By requiring 4 reviews on related forums it really means the recipient is going to have to post somewhere it's not welcome.
What do you mean "you guys" are spamming the forums?
I was asked way before their "giveaway" started. AG doesn't sell the line and naturally they don't want to lose sales. After all the bottom line is $$$$. And it should be.
I pay for my supplies btw and not in contact with any of the employees/owner. I moved on. I have nothing to do with their promotion. I just happen to use some of their products - since 2009
OK, sorry I didn't mean to hit a nerve. Perhaps you were asked when you were affiliated. As I said in a previous thread, I'm glad you are "independent". I don't really observe the management here having heartburn with people mentioning other products as long as they aren't the sole focus of the thread and aren't linked, etc., but this may be one of the periodic crackdowns if people are getting a little cavalier.
We all enjoy seeing your work here.
Did you get it with the kit lens or did you just get the body?
I got a package with the kit lens and a zoom 55-300mm lens. You were right, the kit lens is worthless haha! I'll be looking into a wide angle lens shortly. For now I'm learning about all the shutter speed, aperture, and ISO settings. It's so much different than a point and shoot but I am forcing myself to use it on manual mode to get the hang of everything.
The 5200 has one of the best DR of all cameras. Good thing is, you can still use full auto or P (program mode)
For now just put it on A mode and use F8 or so for the cars.
