Hello I've been reading off and on here on this forum but I am still pretty overwhelmed so I decided it's time to start asking questions.

I have a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder that has been neglected and I want get it shining the best that I can. I have never done anything of this sort besides hand waxing so I will have plenty of questions.

Where would be the proper place to post my plan and look for feedback?

It depends what exactly you are gonna post. BUT there are TONNSSSS of threads about EVERYYTHINNGGG you will need to know

i would invest in a DA (safe even for the novice) and there are several to choose from. you'll also need to buy a DA backing plate and pads to go with it too. as far as polishes and compounds go, there are many to choose from and you'll get many different recommendations on here as well. don't be afraid to machine polish, with some common sense and practice, you'll be able to achieve professional results more than you would just using your only your hands...
