Here is a write-up from a new car detail & protection I performed on a Fiesta ST

The car was brought to me with just over 250 miles on it.
-I started by first foaming the car with Chemical Guy’s Citrus Wash. Followed by CarPro IronX Snow Soap. These help to safely brake down any residues on the surface from the manufacturing & shipping along with bringing the dirt away from the surface for reduced risk while cleaning

-After foaming the tires & fender wells were cleaned with Meguiar's Super Degreaser diluted 4:1 followed by POLISHANGEL® Mint+ Wheel Cleaner on the wheel faces & barrels.

-The rest of the vehicle was then washed with 3oz. of Meg’s Hyper Wash (in each bucket) and blown dried prior to decontamination.

-IronX Lemon Scent sprayed over the entire vehicle to remove embedded iron contaminants. While the vehicle may only have 250 miles, some iron contaminats were still present. The vehicle was then thoroughly rinsed and further decontaminated with the SM Arnold Speedy Surface Prep towel, much more efficient than clay.

The car was then rinsed again, towel dried with high-quality microfiber drying towels, and then blown dry. The final air drying with the Master Blaster is mainly to remove water from all the jambs, cracks seems, behind the door handles... etc. Then the car was wiped down with Spies Hecker 7010 Panel Wipe to leave a perfectly clean surface ready for polishing with POLISHANGEL® INVINCIBLE | 9H PRIMER

Here is the test spot with Primer. While I felt this silver was in decent condition from the dealership there was still some gloss & clarity to be extracted.

I found the dealership sticker hiding up here, not really sure how it got here but was removed.

The seats of this Fiesta were also treated with Nanolex Textile & Leather Sealant and windshield coated with POLISHANGEL® RAIN | 9H

Congrats on the Fiesta ST, I've only seen 1 on the road so far. Love the wheel style!! How does it compare to other cars you've driven, like a Focus ST for instance?

Thanks, car looks great, its off to a great start already!

Heh, not my car! I have a Focus ST. While I have heard great things about the way the Fiesta ST drives I did not drive this one any more than moving it into the garage. If the Fiesta ST came to the states in a 3 door, I might have traded the Focus in on it but it isn't quite what a want as a 5 door.

Definitely a quality car from Ford, glad they are bringing more of the European goodies here to the states.

Fantastic work my friend:)

Thank you!!

Very nice work Travis. Looks great.

Thanks!!

Here is a picture of my ST and the Fiesta ST together

See now your Focus ST is exactly what I'll be looking at a couple years down the road when my CRZ is paid off, that color is stunning! Gotta be a loaded one w/ HIDs though, spoiled after having cars with them and those Recaro's, well, you could live in those seats!

It would be cool as hell if they took the SHO engine, along w/AWD and tweaked the Fuzion and made an ST model out of it! Can you say "S4 Killer"!

Thank you! :) Preordered mine last summer, HID production delay pushed pick up to December. Only has 3k miles on it right now. Still waiting on news for the RS, which I may trade this in on if it comes AWD. It will be going under the knife soon to remove the current coating and apply the Color-Matched Cosmic 9H

Couple more pics I took of it.

Awesome work! and sweet pics!

Thanks!!

Great work! I'm really liking the new ST models.

Thank you! Same here :)

That Focus has a big mouth, ready to eat up all the tarmac in its path! As far as AWD and the Focus RS, well it makes sense since it looks like the EVO is going away, sad to say but I just don't see it lasting much longer and that's really sad!

Someone has mentioned (though without a source) that Ford has a redesigned fuel tank for the Focus which can only mean one thing. They're making room for the awd. Whether or not this is actually true... idk.

Good to hear this, we'll stay tuned!

Nice job on the ST! I am liking the direction that Ford is taking with its product development.

So my buddy and I were talking about these cars last night, including the possible Focus RS w/ AWD and I thought a Fiesta w/ the 2.0L Ecoboost tweaked to 275 hp, AWD and priced at about $30k loaded would be a killer car!
