Another Round of Polishing Glass

The turn out was great. I've done this myself but gave up on the deeper scratches which took forever going after, and I couldn't even catch them with my nail. My PC just took so long to correct but the pads and ceriglass do finish down great. Maybe I will give it another shot with my rupes.

I was using a Griots and running it at 6 with a lot of pressure. It didn't heat up because I kept spraying the water. What speed were you using?

I'm intrigued by this bottomless bucket pad cleaner. Is there a write up somewhere?

Speed 5. Speed 6 on the pc is out of control it's hard to polish long on that speed.

thanks for the review. Now my list of things to do just got longer.

Did you notice if the overspray bleached black trim?

Was wondering about that also and if the sling affected any applied LSP. Granted I saw that you washed after to clean up. Nice review and will now look at Carpro. Thanks

No. The trim is coated with DLux. It was a pain to clean off, but didn't damage the trim. I did it in the past without DLux and no problem. The thing is, you don't want to wipe the polish mess off of the car, you want to pressure wash it off first. Most of it can be removed with a pressure washer. Then 2 BM with a high quality shampoo.

That blue towel with the red trim.. where'd you get it from? is it 24x16??

As always that Pathfinder is looking good. You just inspired me to do the wheels of my wife's Pathfinder. Oh well time to go to work. Thanks pal. LOL

Thanks. Puts it into the overall when to do it plan.
