Need Help! Flash Site--Should I convert to HTML5?

Tech guys. I built my site on Wix.com. It is flash based. Should I convert to HTML5? Apparently it's not extremely difficult to convert and I don't think it will cost me anything.

A big stumbling block with the flash version is that the length of all my pages must be uniform. I really want to change up my portfolio and make it longer, but I can't!

Pros, Cons?
 
I loathe Flash based sites. I used to project manage site development for a variety of clients and back in the day it was a cool technology. Now, not so much.

In terms of SEO, spiders and so forth its best to go html/php type languages. Google can be a friend or an enemy when it comes to finding your business online. Make it easier for them and with proper SEO the results will follow. Good luck

I'm number one on google. No problem there, but if html5 will help keep me there, then that's great.
 
Easy, YES! All Apple products and Google Andriod do not support Flash anymore. A good portion of the market use theese devices for basic internet research. Even Adobe, the current owner of Flash has admited that internet plug-in Flash is dead.
 
Is it possible that it will have any negative affect on my listing at first?
 
You may have what's called google dance for few days or weeks but html outranks flash most of the time...i have built hundred sites and lost quite few but if done right like yours and no gray seo activity i wouldnt worry
