Waterless Wash really means no water

No water at all is needed.

I'll be sending Nick a sample of it soon to try.

What are the names of these so-called "WW-products"?
They don't sound waterless to me.

Here's another stab at your new WW-product:

Removes graffiti? Too bad they didn't have this stuff in NYC back in '84

What is this stuff ???

Seems too good to be true! I have used rinseless and waterless washes with decent results...but I still don't think there is a good substitute for a real, two-bucket-wash when the car is even moderately dirty...not worth instilling more swirls to me. That being said, I'm interested to know what this product is!!

Seems to me the company would have put rinse-less on the bottle instead of waterless.
I've used waterless products many times, works the same just a lot better and has a "hi-grade Carnauba Wax" in the products.

Maybe the OP is confusing rinse-less washes with waterless washes?

Hmm removes oxidation and then cleans and protects!!! All with product on the towel...and no swirls..

Sign me up for a case Scotty....

Did HateSwirls' account get hacked or something? Lol! I hope this is real!

Too early to tell how well it will work in the long run, meaning will it cause swirls?
It's so hard to wash my black RAV, no matter how well I dry it using my blower and a good drying towel It still leaves water spots.

I'm so happy I ran into this, my wife never get's excited about products but this one she's still raving about.
I plan on cleaning the entire car with this product once the sun comes out, nasty out there.
Plus I'll shoot a video of it so all can see what I'm talking about. Lol

Proof is in the pudding, I know.

I'm sending a sample to Nice as i said but want to send a free sample to a fellow geek, I'll even pay shipping. :dblthumb2:

It's not my product nor do I sell it so my review is coming from the hip so to speak.

I know you're real excited about this new WW-product...
But do you know someone in France?

Being that close to Italy:
Could they get hold of the new RUPES 12mm polishers on the cheap?

:)

Sorry but there is a lot of marketing which I would bet has no scientific grounding. This is general of the new wash techniques (although these claims are worse than most).

What many of these products will do is to have a load of filler which will lubricate the surface and minimise the interaction with the soiling and also fill any surface damage induced. I can buy ONR being pretty good at minimising surface issues but a straight wipe product will almost certainly do damage unless the soiling is extremely light. If you don't see the damage, I would bet that it is simply being covered up and you will find some really messy paint after your next decontamination.

Lol, wow this thread is still going?

Makes zero sense as to why the OP refuses to tell the product name. No reason not to. Going to "send it to Nick", so what's the difference if you tell or not.

For some reason I'm picturing Billy Mays trying to push this but unable to give the product name.

Not sure the point of this thread. If you won't tell the product, why bother?

You still haven't mentioned these "other WW products that you've had to add water to". Don't worry, i don't expect you to name those either;)

Actually Montan wax is a form of fossilized carnuba......

^^^No...Not really always the case.^^^
Not unless there are some actual fossilized Copernicia prunifera plant life present.
Otherwise it is, in effect, just other species of fossilized plant life.

:)

What's you're problem?

If anyone wants the name of the product please PM me, just won't post it in the public, what's the point, can't buy it just by clicking a link.
I'd I'd be happy to send you the name of it, was trying to see if anyone would figure it out.

1. It's fairly new.
2. It's an industrial product and they don't do much advertisement.
3. You have to buy it in bulk.

READY FOR THE NAME OF THE PRODUCT?

Drum roll please.

It's called Show-Off by Atco.

Enjoy:dblthumb2:

It contains solvents. I'm sure it does work well. But it seems a bit aggressive for my use. Probably good for an average Joe, but I'd worry it was taking off my LSP, not boosting it like Pinnacle WW and UWW+.

But, it does look interesting.
