I need a customer service rep to contact me regarding a lack of spray nozzles in my order. I have wrote in twice and my work schedule doesn't allow me to call during your business hours. The best I can tell I was shorted sprayers for iron x, tar x, v7, and possibly all clean. I know the first three are pictured on your site with sprayers. Thank you.

Id suggest sending a PM to Nick or Meghan. Honestly, asking someone to contact you is a bit lazy, its your responsibility to contact them if you have an issue.

I'm sure Nick or Meghan will get you taken care of.

What size bottles? The bigger bottles of the CarPro stuff are considered "refills" and don't come with a sprayer. I've bought 16oz bottles of CG's stuff from AG where I didn't get the sprayer, and was surprised - but didn't really care too much. Then sometimes I did get the sprayer. V7 I got no sprayer IIR.

If you Email them they usually get back to you, but they are busy. May take a few days. Of course if you raise a stink here, you will get a quick response.

I'd had already wrote them yesterday and again today. As I mentioned I'm not available during their business hours. I was hoping they would see it.

They were the normal size bottles. Not the refill sizes.

I did also dump all the peanuts in one box and the cardboard strips out of the other.

Thank you Nick. I will pm you right now.

This person has wrote in twice and that's lazy?

Shoot me a PM or email with your order number. I'll make sure you're promptly taken care of.

OP: This is the kind of service I've gotten from the staff at AG since day one. They have taken care of me on every order both large and small. Being the holiday season with numerous sales and discounts, one could only imagine the sheer volume of orders they are receiving, packaging, and shipping! I think it's safe to say that each of the staff at AG has been and will continue to do the work of two and sometimes three people until their busy season comes to a close. That being said, I think they handle it all very well even though at times they are not able to respond as quickly as they would like. Take 5 minutes at lunch break and give them a call! They are fast to remedy an issue and aim to please!

Figured Nick would catch that one. Doesn't take much to get a reply.

Hmmmm.... that reminds me, I've got 2 lifetime sprayers that stopped working from an August order. That and a gallon pump. Never seem to remember them until I see a thread like this one. (Yup... I am that forgetful about little things like that.) Ahhhh..... I'll get around to it one day, just doesn't seem worth the trouble if y'all know what I mean. :dunno:

Hmm surprised to see a post from you, didn't you say back in October you were no longer going to participate due to a credit card issue you wrongfully blamed on AG?

And yes, saying someone needs to contact you, when in fact its your responsibility, and you haven't called or PM'd Nick or Meghan, yes, that's lazy. Sending two emails doesn't constitute trying. What's next? Texting?

At any rate, the OP will be taken care of, like always.

I would but I work nights. They're business hours are during my nocturnal hours lol. Hence the reason I am up at 2 am. I hate night shift.

Please we patient on Mondays we have all of the weekend emails to sort through. You will definitely get taken care of today.

Per his previous note he indicated that he had written twice. His post in this forum is simply a request to customer service to read those notes and respond accordingly. Meghan responded as to why the notes have not yet been processed.

Both sides have reasonable explanations and this forum also being a communications vehicle from customer<-->AGO, met everyone's expectations.

It's amazing what you can learn when you read.... really read.

I think two emails is more than sufficient for attempted to get ahold of someone. How is he supposed to know to message or email Nik or Meghan directly, or what their email address is specifically? I would say to a newb who went to AG and ordered and then for help emailed twice with no response this might be justified. Those of us that have been here ages now know to email Nik or Meghan. Heck the first time I ordered something I wasn't sure if I got it right so I sent an email message and didn't hear anything, after a bit I posted here. I didn't get ripped apart.

You'd be surprised how many emails we receive on a daily basis with no return contact information, as in a first or last name, or an email address. :dunno:

Should we read between the lines here?

Not sure what you mean?

Emails and voice messages are never ignored, under any circumstance. If contact information is provided, we will get back to you. However, if you send us an email at 3:00 am on a Sunday morning, chances are you won't hear back from us until late Monday morning or early Monday afternoon. If that's not quick enough, you can pick up the phone and call us. If it's not convenient for you to call, rest assured we will get back to you.

The OP was taken care of. I'm closing this thread. :dblthumb2:
