Its been a year since I bought this car, so I wanted to give it some much due love. I only clayed and waxed it when I got it and then weekly washes. I am not sure what religion my car is but in case it celebrates Christmas, I figured I should give it a nice gift :)

Only after pictures...but here is what I did.

I first clayed the car using Optimum Opti Eraser fine grade. I checked after doing a small test area and this left no marring whatsover. I tried a small area using a Carpro - Polyshave decon block and that left some marring. I could tell using the bag test that the decon block was leaving the surface much smoother. I went back over it with the Opti Eraser and it got additional contaminents off the car. I could probably do a review on the Opti Eraser, but for now, one thing I liked is being it pink, the contaminents show up on the surface, and a simple wipe with your finger cleans it off. I think I prefer these new decontaminating "bars" as they are easier to use than clay and reusable.

My next step was a quick polish of the hood and trunk (and windows) to get rid of some light scratches using M205 and a Lake Country Tangerine Hydro Pad and my trusty PC7424XP. (for all the people who say the PC does not have enough power, for this job I only used settings 4 and 5, did not even need 6).

I followed that using Woflgang Paintwork Polish Enhancer over the entire car to get all residues and whatever was left on the paint off. I applied that using a Lake Country White CCS pad.

NEXT was applying Wolfgang Deep Gloss Liquid Seal. This is very easy to use. Just spray on and spread. No buffing required. It literally disappears as it dries. I applied this to all the paint and chrome trim.

After waiting an hour for the Liquid seal to cure, I then spread a coat of Wolfgang Fuzion over the car. This is such a pleasant wax to use and the results:

I think I finally was able to take some decent pictures.

I did this yesterday and it rained today, so now the car is dirty :awman:

Sweet! I love the wheels and the finish on them. Looking great!

They are clear coated aluminum. I used Hydro O2 on the wheels and have managed to keep them off the curbs :)

The car, color and wheels look great, you did a great job bringing all those things out!!

nice ride, I've always had a thing for Honda/Acuras...

Love that last picture. I really like the new accords and that color is amazing.
