Detailers for Jesus

Joe, thank you for your audacity to create this group. I will join as soon as I can. Blessings mate and to my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.

Amen brother, we are nothing without God!!!!
We should honor Jesus on everything we do.

The only reason I'd reactivate my Facebook account at this point in time would be for this group. But you guys are still here on the forum, so I think I'll be good here! Ha.

Maybe I'll get the GF to join the group and I can join vicariously through her, :P

For Sure Joe! Its all about not just talking the talk but walking the walk...
Big ups to you Joe!
God knows that I struggle with my faith and could use some extra encouragement!
Thank you for leading by example...
I hope to learn and contribute as much as I can..
Thanks again

As spring gets here you will see somE detailing content added to the page. We will be holding our first Detailers for Jesus fellowship in a few weeks in the Los Angeles area.

We'll fellowship, pray, have lunch, and talk detailing and the direction of Detailers for Jesus.

That is great I wish I can come up with a group here in Orlando!!!

Something similar to this was started awhile back. I stepped down form being an assistant admin to that page last summer. For some reason it petered out. I think everybody just got busy.

I very much missed being part of a page that honors God. I prayed about it and was led to create "Detailers for Jesus"

Please follow this link ---> Detailers For Jesus

ALL ARE WELCOME!! Believer and non-believers alike. :dblthumb2:

hmm no one else interesting

I don't want to get into a whole lot of theological debate but one of the unifying themes that connects most Christians is the belief in the trinity. The Father is the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Three distinct individuals who are also one in the same. Jesus is the part of the trinity that became sin yet knew no sin so that we could know peace in God. As Christians, many of us focus our attention on Jesus because of the sacrifice; but our belief in the trinity unifies us and, as we understand it, means that honoring one honors all three.

Finally, Jesus took the role of the High Priest (Hebrews 4:14-16). The High Priests job is to communicate the prayers of the people to God. Jesus became that person for us, and gave us the Holy Spirit as yet another way to be in the constant presence of God. Jesus role in the trinity, after his crucifixion, is in fact to be the link between imperfect human beings and a perfect and Holy God. You can't have one without the other!

Excellent explanation John.

I think it's a great idea Joe!

Proverbs 27:17
