Gave the Wife Some Jeweling for Christmas

Hi, nice work there.

I have a question regarding LC Pink pad, how much do you like it? I always had interest in it, but when 'sizing down' the shopping cart I end removing it to afford other more 'essential' items... Any comment is appreciated.

Kind Regards.

Nice shine, Jeweling ? Something different ? I'm new here... Thanks....

Jeweling is a debated term we use. It is accomplished by taking an ultra soft pad (gold) and an ultra fine polish (SF4500) to get the last bit of shine out of paint. You start by running at a hi speed to break the polish down and finish at a slower speed with very little pressure for that ultra smooth finish.

I like the pink pads when I have a soft paint (Porche) or a paint in pretty good condition. This car is 4 years old, but still has less than 9K miles on it, I have done a few AIOs in the past so it didn't need much for correction. A little more than the white pad could do, but didn't need an orange. IMO, the pink pad is a little more user friendly than an orange and I would much rather use the pink if I can.

Thanks for comment my friend. Are your pads 5.5" or 6"? Sorry if I've missed something.

Kind Regards.

The ones I used on this detail were 6.5", but I also have 5.5".
