So I received my big Christmas order of Optimum & other products from AG and when I opened the Optimum Finish Polish bottle I found it completely separated (liquid + clumpy solid), closed the bottle and gave it lots of good shakes for minutes and this is how it looks now!! (see attached photos)
I think it's still clumpy and not mixed well but I've never used polishes before so wanted to ask what do u think guys?

I am fairly experienced with this stuff and that looks normal to me. The blue coloring is always inconsistent in it. Shake the heck out of it and maybe stir it with something clean. Its a very thick polish and it bit different than others.

Awesome polish.

It happens to the Optimum polishes (in my experience, at least), my OPT Finish looks the same way, if not clumpier. I used to like their offerings but find they expire way too quick and become unuseable. I lost around 2 gallons each of Poliseal, Compound II, and Polish II due to the separation.

Shake it like crazy and if you don't think it's usable ask the seller to contact Optimum for a replacement! There are a few tricks as well to re thicken the product. For PoliSeal remove the solvent portion, reshake, slowly add solvent.

Thanks guys :props: will try shaking it as you suggested and see how it goes.. if it didn't work, I'll try some HD polish or something that I can get in local stores..
not worth the return and replace (international shipping)
