Hey Everyone,

I've recently started looking for a new car, thought the folks on the forum could help me look with your wealth of knowledge :)

Haven't decided on a car yet, maybe I'll post a thread to see what you guys think.

Actually, doesn't matter....Nissan GTR! Lol!
 
Welcome and for the car what is your budget?

What do you consider to be a sports car?

Are you thinking American version which means muscle car or are you thinking European sense of the word sports car which is made for superior handling? There is a HUGE difference in the two!

New or Used?

Sports car to some could mean a Scion FR-S, to others can mean Ferrari F430, and to others means Chevy Camaro or Ford Mustang which technically would be muscle cars. Please elaborate on your definition of sports car and price range you are looking at.
 
From another post where you mentioned you are looking at a used Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren, if you are going to be spending that kind of money why not look at a new McLaren 12C? It is much more technology for the money and is quite comfortable to be in, though I have not been in the Mercedes you are looking at.

Or might I suggest a Spyker if you are looking for something a bit different and relatively unknown
