Nice setup hope to see NEWEST PHOTOS soon,
Like your new tank like to see a few close ups and how you have all fitting and connections (water tank, pump to pressure washer)
Thanks for being so kind and helpful

Thanks for the update! Im looking forward to see the finished rig! WHo did you go through to design your logo?

thanks for the compliment. im lucky enough to have a fiance that is into interior design.. graphic design is not her strongest point, but she knows her way around photoshop and illustrator. she did my logo design, my business card design as well. ill post pictures of my tshirts, business card and my rig since ive updated a couple of things. i added 18'' rims, a smaller tank, a more reliable generator.. ill keep you guys updated shortly :xyxthumbs:

YES! its the predator inverter. works very well and for half of the price of a honda. if your budget allows it, go for the honda. my budget didnt. ill show you the fitting and connection from- tank-to-pump-to-pw. lots of late night researching and many home depot visits. i'll be more than happy to help you out :xyxthumbs:

thanks man! believe it or not, ive done some cars with it already. and thats all i really need. it supports my pump 120volt pump and my vacuum at the same time. very light, its no honda but its ok on noise level. best of all it was very affordable. harbor freight, with 2 year warranty, $80 and change.

I know several people that have bought these and one word of advice they all have is change the spark plug. It seems the low cost spark plug that comes from the manufacturer has fallen apart in many and gotten into the piston. Other then that a good deal.

I just got an email from HF they are on-sale today for $88.99 .

they are good generators... but only if youre running one 120volt tool at a time. i returned it because it couldnt power my water pump and my pressure washer at the same time.

ok guys here's an update on my rig. im very happy with it so far. i upgraded to aluminum polish 18'' rims (it came with 16'' hubcaps)
ive also upgraded my generator to a predator inverter from harbor freight..bought a one year warranty just in case. its a wannabe honda look alike... lol but its very powerful and more than enough that i will ever need. i also got a mcculloch steam cleaner for those tough interiors. and most importantly i finally got my vehicle with vinyl graphics on it. looks pretty cool... first, let me show you guys how i have the tank-to-pump-to-pressure washer setup..

IMG_01984.jpg

thats the outlet from the tank, i have that clear hose, that will feed directly to the water pump...like this...

IMG_02005.jpg

i put that valve in there, and i attached a 15 foot hose (less travel time to pressure washer) that feeds the pressure washer.. if i ever want to fill buckets, i close the valve, disconnect from pressure washer and re-open valve to fill buckets.

this is how it looks from a few feet away..

IMG_02015.jpg

i havent screwed down the pump, it does have little holes on the legs where i can screw it to the duraliner plastic of my hhr..i will do it soon.

here's a picture of the pressure washer in action...feeding off the tank..

IMG_02055.jpg

thats enough pressure to wash tires and wheels.. and to rinse the cars... thats all i use the pressure washer for.. the rest, i do rinseless washes with onr and two bucket system...

the hhr has two compartment in the front of the bed..next to the doors, i use both of them ofcourse.. in one side.. i have my mf towels, pads, and porter cable store inside.
i also carry a dewalt tool bag with my rupes 21 it fits perfectly in the back of the passenger side seat i also carry alot of brush attachments and different backplates inside that bag. i forgot to take a pic of it.

IMG_02063.jpg

on the other side, i carry the regular onr, wash and wash onr, tire gels, Speedy Surface Prep Mitt, i also have the nano pad for the pc.. that onr pink soap you see there.. its actually 3d's pink car wash i just use that bottle to store it.. just in case someone perfers the traditional wash. and ofcourse hydro2 just incase i upsell to it.

IMG_02074.jpg

i close both compartments, and im left with a bit of room.. and thats how i store what you see in this picture..

IMG_02094.jpg

my pressure washer, vacuum, steamer, extractor (cheap on for now) generator, leaf blower and a bin full of misc bottles..

heres a view from the other side...

IMG_02114.jpg

i know its not as nice as all the vans you see on here with nice racks, and whatnot.. but hey, guess what... its working for me. i can load and unload all this in no time.

now that youve seen the inside.. let me show you the outside how it looks with the vinyl graphics.. i personally like it, and like someone said sometimes less is better.

i just applied hydro 2 to it :)

oh yea, and i also got some work shirts done too..

well there you have it guys, any suggestions are more than welcome!

Everything looks great buddy, I like the way the graphics came out and also the look of the shirts. Great job.

WOW!! Really looks nice and professional. Amazing what a set of wheels does to a car too, right?? It looks like you have it all figured out. I thought about a Safari van I had with a slide out rack in the back. Super helpful to get to everything.

Just $.02 for you. Can we get a t-shirt online??

Nice job Josue, looks like you're ready to do some detailing! :dblthumb2:

i love it dude! hell of a job! im really really considering one of these now... Thanks for pioneering one of these , i have not seen another hhr on here .

thanks alot chris, im glad you like how everything came out.. i did the design for the shirts and the layout for the vinyl graphics on the car. i actually did a trade with the guy that did the tshirts for me. he was going to charge me $75 for 7 shirts (2color vinyl) the following day he called and said that he had seen my site and that if i was intrested for a trade. wash and wax his car, and took out some minor stains in his impala's interior and i got the shirts for free. sweet deal. see you at detail fest?!

thanks for the compliment on my rig.. and yea, ive seen that for the hhr, but for now i dont think i really need it.. plus, its pricey!! almost $800. with all the money ive spent so far on this, thats not in my budget for now...maybe later on in the near future.

are you asking me if i got my tshirts done online? no, i didnt.. i went with a local print shop.. and ended up trading my services for the shirts :xyxthumbs:

thanks alot mi amigo. and yes, im ready for some detailing :buffing:
but for now, im doing mostly no rinse washes and interior vacuum.. thats ok, i wasnt expecting ferraris or mercedez to come flocking in... its all in god's hands.. and he is leading me in the right direction. its funny how things work out for the best.. a neighbor of mines, called me over to see some scratches on her suv.. it wasnt really scratches, just rubbed on paint from another vehicle.. took care of it in no time.. she was very happy and tried to pay me $20 for it.. i told her no, that we are neighbors for something.. and just told her to help spread the word of my services and she asked me for some business cards.. to make the long story short, she is a nurse at a very busy medical facility here in miami by dadeland mall. she handed my cards to two doctors, and now they want me to go in this week and do their cars. lexus and mercedez. :props:

i love it dude! hell of a job! im really really considering one of these now... Thanks for pioneering one of these , i have not seen another hhr on here .

thanks my dude, its a great vehicle.. dont be fooled by the small size. i must add that my mpg has dropped, obviously because im driving with weight and 18''s... but still.. 24mpg is very good in my book. econoline or express vans will not give you that. if you find one, jump on it.. they are becoming extinct! chevy isnt making them anymore. best of luck to you :dblthumb2:

Very nice , what kind of water pump is that ? And what is the lug pattern for the hhr .

thanks for your kind words my friend. i want to wish you the best of luck on your project, keep me posted. take your time with the logo.. remember it will reflect and represent your company. here in miami, alot of mobile guys throw up a lambo and some loud color graphicss with wash and wax splatter all over the vehicle and make that their car wrap design. i wanted to stand out and at the same time look the part, and not follow the crowd.

one thing i would suggest is that eveything should fit and followed your company's THEME. colors, logos, shirts... try to keep everything in the same system. for example, my business cards have the same two colors, grey and light blue, my website as well.. vehicle graphics too.. shirts,.. you get my drift. try to make a brand out of your company.

also, if you take the pump pics that i posted with the close-up of the fittings to any home depot or lowes, they will definitely be able to help you out with the pump to tank connection.:dblthumb2:

Love the setup mrclean. Awesome branding.

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

not a fan at all of the HHRs, but you sure did make it look good!
