This is fellow Geek Ted who came out for his 1st time on the Dragon, all the way from Maryland🇮🇹
 
That would be a blast in one of those. We did the Tail 2 years ago while on the Hot Rod Power Tour. We were In a 67 chevelle set up for drag racing.... And it had a bench seat..... While it was a blast it would be a different kind of fun doing it in basically a large GoCart. Watching the guys in Miatas and S2000's was fun as well.

Honestly if you rented a Fiesta or Focus you would enjoy it BIG TIME! I plan on making a "come join us thread" for the 2016 run, maybe you can make it out with us Matt

We've had 2 trucks on our run, one was a modded S15 Sonoma and an XRunner, both owned by the same guy and both with 3 pedals. A huge truck on that road would be "interesting" 👈

I am looking forward to seeing how the Coupe measures up to the MINI. Though the Coupe is a lot bigger (and heavier) than the MINI, it handles fantastic.
Don't forget the Genesis Coupe still holds the Pikes Peak World record :dblthumb2:

FWIW my buddy Derek and fellow Geek is down in Indy right now on drill. See he's been in the guard since 1990 and served our country for the year of 2005. His current car of choice...16' Mazda 6, previous car was a 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 and before that a Saab 9-3. That said, got a complaint about being "Murican", take it up with him but keep in mind he's defended our country, something I can't say and at least I have the freedom of choice, whether it's McDonald's or Wendy's or Fiat or Ford, THANKS DEREK!

Looks like the "buy American" post got deleted! Thanks either way Roger. Like you, I buy what I want with the money I earned! Whether it be the military or the defense contractor I work for! We all have that freedom!
 
Freshly cleaned this morning with Megs UWW, DUB wheel cleaner and TW tire coating. Actually applied a 2nd coat of TW while on lunch since it was warm and sunny today!

Before too long it will be time to put the stockers back on with the winter shoes, let's hope the El Camino we had this year keeps the winter above normal in temps and below normal in precipitation👈
