Detailers Road Kill

+1 on the Detailers Road Kill, and Chemical Guys Bug Bugger Heavy Duty Shampoo is good, and cheep too

looking for a larger quantity then that but thanks

They sell it in gallons for $39.99 and works perfectly fine diluted 1:1. That's right at your price point.

Don't know why I didn't just link the gallon one.

lol thanks i will order the 32 oz. and see how i like it then if i do i will order more. does the stuff go pretty far like you just mist it on or do you really have to saturate the bugs in it?

is the chemical guys for spray on pre wash or is it a wash itself

From my experience with the product it's a bit of both world's
You can use it in a spray bottle to focus on a specific area or
you can wash the whole vehicle with this product.

so then i would just put it in a spray bottle probably dilute like 10:1 with water and just mist it on?

A quick mist at 1:1, let it dwell and the tar/bugs are easily wiped away. There are other products that are better for tar, but they are more expensive. This product is great for the money.

I think I remember seeing a review where it was diluted like this in a spray bottle and It worked well for them in the review and that's why I recently purchased it to try.

I normally don't like CG stuff, but it has gotten good reviews. I plan on using it as a shampoo though.

10:1 is perfect for bugs that are not super caked on. Useless as a tar remover though from what I can tell, great for bugs though.

just placed my order for the chemical guys bug wash the price is amazing for the dillution ratio it will last quite a bit, i just hope that it does as good a job as everyone says. thanks to everyone for the feedback, if your ever in the quad cities look me up im right up the hill from american pickers office

Duragloss sells theirs for $21.70/gal. Not bad for a good bug remover at its intended strength.

I've used the CG bug & tar remover (diluted) on pretty much every car I detail. Spray on the areas before the wash and let it sit a bit. If they're really caked on, I'll use a bug sponge on the front bumper.
