What kind of heater is this

I'm looking for a small heater like the one in the picture for the same purpose, does anyone know what kind it is or any similar recommendations? TIA!
 
I do not know .. Looks like something I put money in at the casinos and pull the lever :)
 
Looks like the fan blower they sell at harbor freight with the heater attachment..

I found it while searching the forums, however the person didn't say what kind it was. Even sent a PM without an answer, so I thought maybe someone might know what it was or be able to recommend a similar one.
