what is the forums opinion of the WG Sealants ? you can compare to any you want..BF, Zaino whatever your fave is...and you may add if you hand apply or machine apply.

I have not used Wolfgang sealants. I have used Blackfire Sealants and Pinnacle Black Label Sealants. Both are incredible. I have used Wolfgangs trim conditioner and it is a 1st rate product.

PBMG sells some of the best products hands down. I use Menzerna Polishes which I believe has some relationship with Wolfgang somehow.

If you are about to use Wolfgang sealants I would not hesitate to use it as IMO it will be a great sealant.

I really like WG Deep Paint Sealants on metallic paints in good condition since it does not have much hiding qualities to me. It has a bling factor that makes flake pop you do not get with carnaubas I have tried. It is like an extra layer of clear coat. The Spritz sealant is also a nice way to get some flake pop! It is fine for solids too for a brighter look. YMMV.

Tremendous sealant in looks and durability. And liquid seal on top of deep gloss is such a blinding combo.

I have never been disappointed with any WG product. Out of the sealants they offer I have WG deep gloss liquid seal and its the easiest LSP ive ever used period. Looks great too. Im also in love with instant detail spritz.

Wolfgang DGPS looks a bit better than BFWD, if you like the warmth of a carnauba, BFWD looks more candied and glossy, but BFWD feels notably slicker IMO. Both look great, have lasted me 5 months at the shortest (daily driver, parked outside, brutal pollen spring/summer season) and 7 months with a garaged daily driver. Granted, the sealant's beading/sheeting was still going strong, it was just the longest I could go before reapplying.

Well ,you guys are giving a good nod to WG sealants...I think I will give them a try..my two go-to sealants have been Z5 followed by Z8 or BFWD...those live in my cabinet..I have four vehicles , each one has a preference,I have never found paint that likes both Zaino and Blackfire...but I have learned over the years every paint job is its own.
I will say Zaino likes good warm if not hot weather , even using the excellerant if its a bit on the cool side forget it ..it will just lay there...BF seems to be a bit more tolerant to cold if your paint likes it.

Wolfgang products in general are some of the best available today. Both Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0 and Wolfgang Deep Gloss Liquid Seal are top performers and will leave your finish glossy and protected.

I used to be a Zaino guy too! I no longer use any of their products. IMO any Wolfgangs, Pinnacle, Pinnacle Black Label, Blackfire...etc. Can do the same job but better.

I use and recommend WG 3.0 sealant, all you need is 2 coats and enjoy. No need to top it off with anything other then it's self imo.

Hey Steve,

Thanks man!

Yes, Duragloss 501 is considered a 1-step product producing outstanding results. Duragloss 501 incorporates a fine abrasive so it does do a bit of correction and lays down some decent protection to boot.

To tell you the truth Steve, to date, I've not tried a Duragloss product that didn't perform or I didn't like......:props:

I've never been disappointed with a Wolfgang or Duragloss product. If I could wind the clock back I could certainly save a lot of bottles of this and that using WG and DG.

Thanks guys , the DG description is a widdow bit deceptive at the AG store...it talks about it being a boat product...well , me beun as careful as I can...:work: I always think about bonding and rejection...ya know the fiberglass thing...hmmm..but it really comes down to paint...but the black Jeep sure did find itself in bed with Duragloss as a base coat...:xyxthumbs:..Slowly we turn....step by step..inch by inch....as we apply finish....:D...
