Recently my flex has been acting funny on me. When I start its fine but then it will start speeding up and slowing down randomly. Anyone have this happen to you and how did you go about fixing it. Im gonna call flex when I have time but wanted to know if this was a common problem. Thanks.

Send it to their warehouse. When you call, ask for Ben.

thanks. want to get it fixed because I love this machine. thinking of starting a moble detailing business so I am going to need this.

mine does this as well. Gets really annoying during a detail lol. What is teh number to the warehouse?

 1. Did you buy it through Autogeek?
 2. Is it still under warranty?
If yes to the above give Autogeek's friendly customer service a call and see if they can help. Dial 1-800-869-3011 from 9 am-7:30 pm EST, Monday-Friday, and 8 am – 4 pm on Saturday.....:props:

Having the same issue and will send it back to Powerhouse, but have a big job coming up this weekend. Is is safe to continue to the use the unit?

What else is running on that circuit?

I have experienced this when using a plug that shares a 15 amp circuit with my steamer. Heater in Steamer kicks on...RPMs on FLEX go down.

Hopefully, that is what it is.
