Finally found my new studio. Great location and perfect size , have a lot of work to do but will be well worth it. So thankful for everything that has happened and would like to thank everyone who has helped me! Stay tuned for after pictures!








 
That looks very nice. Doesn't look like it needs a ton of work either

Well we are getting a spigot put inside, need to put more lights on the sides of the walls, and mainly just set up a lot of stuff. I guess I'm just OCD with everything lol but thank you

There is no drain, so we would have to wash right outside but we never really wash cars anymore. Everything is done with a waterless or rinse less wash. We also have a reclamation mat so if we really want to we can.

I can imagine it is going to glow in there!!!

Gotcha! Very cool! That seems to be the preferred method of people who do this for a living, and its definitely something I need to put into action. Congrats on the new space! :dblthumb2:

Congrats on the space! Keep us updated on the lighting. Have you decided what fixtures to use?
 
Really nice, wish I could find a commercial building similar to that here in Philadelphia, either the lease fee is outrageously high and then you will more than likely convert to production type (quick wash/wax) type work or poor locations here, Some locations even need major work to make building presentable. Anyways enough of my ranting lol wishing you much success

I'm jealous. It would be so bad ass to have a space like that, make it look good.

Paint those floors like a glossy grey. Easy to clean and get good reflection.
