My two greatest discoveries of 2013 consist of Downy Wrinkle Release Spray and the ability to check automotive news on the fly using my iPhone (5C - not braggin' though). Which one is more significant? I'll let you guess, but I will tell you that Car and Driver, one of my favorite automotive publications, often has a "name that shifter" thread on their site, and I always enjoy trying to figure out what the donor vehicle is.

"Name that shifter" inspired me to do a contest - GTechniq style!

Contest rules:​

Below you'll see several pictures of automatic and manual shifters from 5 vehicles that are fun to drive (aka driver's cars!). You must name the year, make, and model of the vehicle that each shifter belongs to.

Example: 2015 Chevrolet Corvette


The first person to correctly identify all 5 shifters is the winner. If nobody correctly names all 5, the person that's closest will be the winner. The contest will end Monday, April 21st.

Remember you have to include the YEAR. :dblthumb2:

.... and yes I do use an ironing board because I like my stuff SUPER startched (although I don't eat any ;) )

In fact: Just got done pressing two pair of dress slacks, on an old-school wooden ironing board, this past weekend.

And yes i use an ironing board all the time lol. I hand wash and hang dry my shirts so they dont fade. When i go to wear one i have to iron it to release the wrinkles. On top of that im a lazy ass and will throw a shirt on the floor and wear it a day or two later lol Which by then has a bunch of wrinkles that need to be released lol.
