Mini Cooper Paint Correction and Engine Bay

So I uploaded pictures and videos to my facebook because there were about 60+ pics.

Here is what I did/used:

Wash- 2 bucket CG Mr Pink
Engine Bay- CG APC+, Steamer, random brushes
Inspect- Flex light, CM8801FN
Clay
Prep
Compound- M105, D300, GG6, CCS orange
Polish- M205, GG6, CCS White
Wash
IPA wipedown
Wax- 1z Glanz, applied by hand
Glass- Stoners
Trim- Megs Hyperdressing 3-1

Interior:
Leather- Steamed, WG leather conditioner
Carpet- Vac
Vinyl/ rubber- WG winyl/rubber protectant.
Door sil- CG APC+
Air freshener- CG Honeydew

This was a tough one for me, the car was in really bad shape. there were a lot of scratches that would most likely need to be wetsanded. And the hood just needed a respray. The car has never been detailed. roof measured at 130-150um body was 80-95um. Took me about 15 hours total. Let me know what you guys think!

Being a newbie what are ums?
 
Why did you use a glaze after all that work and not a sealant?
