I was just wondering you here the phrase full detail many times in the detailing industry, everyone seems to use it to mean different levels of detailing. I've read a few books on detailing; the book by Ronnie Doyle say never use full when dealing with customers because there definition may be different from yours. If you ask the average person they would tell you wash, wax, and vacuum interior along with amoral on the tires and dash is a full detail. So I ask should you use the word full?
