i mean, the ultimate in prepping an automotive surface for releasing junk is polishing, proper prep and coating, like Opti-Coat. but even that would still hold onto some residual dust/dirt/pollen/etc. after a spring rain.
an easy solution to your issue is to spray the car down with a hose, stream the water off the best you can to get most off as possible and hit it with a blower to get the residual off. if it's slick like it should be (since it's polished then waxed), then that process should be pretty easy and effective.
assuming you don't have any water restrictions, haha.
