This 2009 Porsche Cayman needed some care.
Front bumper has been (badly) resprayed and required some wetsanding to remove the orange peel. Body was also oversprayed.

The process:

1. Wetsanding
2000, 3000 and 5000 grit. Gloss restored by rotary and rupes.

2. Interior

Leather was cleaned using APC and a soft brush.

3. Washing

Body was washed using MALCO shampoo (foamed really nice). Soft brushes used to clean all crevices. Megs MF wash mitt used to wash the car.

4. Polishing

Single stage was enough to remove the defects and restore gloss. RUPES Polisher, RUPES yellow pad and SONAX Perfect Finish were used.

5. LSP

Car paint was protected with Opti-Seal. Great stuff...1 or 2 squirts were enough for each panel...some areas left residues...just wiped off wit a soft MF cloth and voilá...insane gloss.

Hope you guys like it.

Very nice, car looks great. Also, good to know that SPF was able to correct. It's my favorite finishing polish but I haven't been able to correct anything with it.

Thanks nubaseal. SPF if my #1 product. It surprises me all the time. The bumper was corrected with a 2-step process...first with something a bit stronger (can't remember which product...did this job a while ago) than SPF on a rotary and then finished with RUPES and SPF.

I wouldn't be surprised if using RUPES green or blue pad with SPF could get the bumper corrected.

Great to see more of your work, Vinharski.

As always, you showed excellence on every detail. Perfect exterior work, and a handsome interior, speechless regarding that diagonal 50/50 leather shots.

Thanks for sharing, best wishes.
